Data Integration & Management
Bring all your business data together into one organised, reliable structure. Stop manually copying between systems and start trusting your numbers.
What we do
Data Integration & Management
Most growing businesses end up with data spread across 5, 10, sometimes 20 different systems — accounting software, CRM, e-commerce platform, stock management, HR tools, and more. Getting a complete picture means someone manually copying data between spreadsheets, which is slow, error-prone, and maddening.
We design and build data pipelines that automatically move, transform, and centralise your data — creating a single reliable source of truth that every tool and every team member can trust.
We handle ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, API integrations, data warehousing, and data quality management. Whether you need a simple two-system sync or a full multi-source data warehouse, we build it to scale with your business.
The result: your team spends time using data, not fighting it.
What you get
Key benefits
Connect all your systems
CRM, ERP, accounting, e-commerce, marketing tools — we build integrations that keep everything in sync automatically.
Data warehouse design
A central repository for all your business data, structured for easy querying, reporting, and analysis.
Data quality & validation
Automated checks that catch errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies before they corrupt your reports.
Real-time or scheduled pipelines
Data flows when you need it — whether that's continuously, hourly, or nightly — based on your business requirements.
Historical data migration
We can bring years of historical data into your new structure, so you have the full picture from day one.
Ongoing monitoring
Pipelines that alert you when something breaks, not pipelines that silently fail and corrupt your data for weeks.
Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Which systems can you integrate?
We work with most common business tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Xero, Shopify, WooCommerce, SAP, and hundreds more via APIs and native connectors.
What is ETL and do we need it?
ETL stands for Extract, Transform, Load — it's the process of pulling data from source systems, cleaning and reshaping it, then loading it into a central store. If you have data in multiple systems, you almost certainly need it.
Will this break our existing systems?
No. We always read from source systems without modifying them. Your existing tools continue to work exactly as they do now.
How do you handle data security?
We follow data minimisation principles, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and ensure integrations comply with UK GDPR requirements. We can sign a Data Processing Agreement as needed.
